Quant Brazil receives recognition from Vale for implementing respectful practices in its operations
This award is added to those already received by Quant in the Americas region for safety and operational efficiency.
With the objective of continuously providing added value to operations, beyond the management of industrial maintenance, the Quant Brazil team has stood out for leading with professionalism, passion, and pride each of the tasks in the different contracts that we maintain with our customer Vale.
Therefore, a few days ago, Vale awarded the Quant team of the Carajás contract, highlighting the high orientation that – as a company – we provide to our people located at the center of each of the operations.
Within the framework of Vale’s “Pari Passu” program, which means “equal conditions,” the Quant team of women and men received the certificate that accredits that Quant leads in industrial maintenance with a focus on more humane practices and respect in the work environment.
Denis Leonardo, Site Manager:
“This recognition highlights Quant’s commitment to adopt and implement the principles of Vale’s program, further strengthening the strategic alliance with our partner.”
People at the center of operations
André Faria, Operations Manager Quant Brazil:
“Quant’s management at Vale is strategic for our client’s operations. This is why we have dedicated ourselves to building work teams that are robust in technical knowledge, as well as in practices and customs that symbolize Swedish values such as transparency, respect for people, and healthy work environments.”
The recognition received by Vale thus adds to those already received previously in the same contract regarding operational excellence, as well as the recognition in safety received by Quant Chile.
