Employee survey: Quant is the place to be to develop your career

In our recently conducted employee and customer satisfaction surveys, we are proud to see that the net promoter score has improved in both surveys. The employee survey also shows that a majority of our employees are motivated in their work, and feel that they have the possibility to develop their career at Quant.

The annual employee and customer satisfaction surveys were conducted during the autumn. These are an important tool for us to develop and improve as a maintenance partner as well as an employer.

This year’s employee satisfaction survey had a high response rate, and it also showed an improvement in our employee net promoter score, making us proud!

– I am very happy to see the results from this year’s survey. It shows that we have made improvements during the past year, and I am looking forward to working together with the entire organization to continue to make Quant an even better place to work, says Sofia Strömqvist, HR Manager for Quant Europe.

“Lucky to have such motivated and passionate employees”

Other highlights from the employee satisfaction survey are that a majority of the employees answering the survey feel that they have the possibility to develop in their work, and that they feel motivated working at Quant.

– This makes me very proud, as these are very important questions in terms of being able to continue to develop as a company. I think that it also catches the spirit of Quant, that this is the place to be if you want to learn new things and acquire new skills. And it is all thanks to our employees – all of us at Quant are part of creating this positive atmosphere, Sofia says.

The results also show that most Quant employees enjoy working at Quant, and that they are prepared to go the extra mile in their work.

– Again, two very important questions that lay the foundation for us being able to be the best partner for our customers. There can be challenging situations when there is an unexpected downtime or situations changing quickly, and we are lucky to have such motivated and passionate employees working for us, willing to make an extra effort to support our customers, colleagues, or wherever help is needed.

– The results from this survey are great, and I am proud to work with such engaged and driven colleagues. But this is a continuous effort, and we will keep working to make Quant an even better place to work, which in a wider perspective not only affects our employees, but also makes Quant an even better maintenance partner for our customers, Sofia says.
