Bringing students and business together in Baden

In Baden, Switzerland, we have a cooperation with Weiterbildungszentrum Lenzburg, a provider of higher education studies in several fields.

Recently, Oliver Harnisch, Site Manager at Quant in Baden, welcomed a group of production engineering students from WBZ to visit our facilities in Baden, giving them an introduction to Quant and our industrial maintenance services.

– I am very excited about our cooperation with WBZ. It is a great platform to connect education with the business sector. The students get the opportunity to grow their network and apply their theoretical knowledge, while we as an employer get the chance to connect with talents and get their perspectives on how we can improve and develop our operations, Oliver says.

Oliver held a presentation about Quant and how we work together with our customer in Baden to support them in their operations. Data-driven maintenance services and solutions to ensure high technical availability and enhancement of the overall plant performance are some key areas within our offering.

– Digitalization and sustainability are two areas that are and will become increasingly important. Quant as a service partner work together with our customers to support them in these areas, and here the students have an important role to play in bringing their perspectives on how we can continue to develop our services even further, Oliver says.
