Quant launches strategic industrial warehouse expansion in Mexico

Quant, a Swedish company and global leader in industrial maintenance, has announced the launch of a new strategic project focused on the expansion of industrial warehouse facilities in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. This initiative aims to strengthen its partnership with an existing client by improving and expanding the current infrastructure.

During the first and second quarters of the year, new team members will join the company to support engineering planning and execution efforts. The project will involve key tasks such as enabling and installing structural supports, assembling electrical conduits, installing piping systems, and expanding the facility layout. Additionally, strategic planning will be carried out with a strong emphasis on the highest safety standards, environmental responsibility, and sustainability.

Patricio Ibarra, VP & Regional Manager of Quant Americas, highlighted the significance of this initiative: “This new challenge not only deepens our strategic relationship with our client but also has a profoundly positive impact on the local economy by generating new jobs and strengthening our supply chain.”
The project represents a multimillion-dollar investment and underscores Quant’s commitment to sustainability across the Americas region, including its operations in Brazil, Chile, the United States, and Peru.

Cinthia Hernandez, Administration Manager for Quant’s Mexican operations, added: “This project is a result to our dedication to operational excellence and the flawless execution of Quant’s MMMP master plan, guided by a robust engineering vision.”
