Quant Leadership Program in Brazil

From November 7th to 9th, we successfully executed a Leadership Program in Brazil, aligning with the objectives outlined in our global strategy. In this training, we incorporated a vision for both personal and company growth, recognizing the need for effective leadership tools to sustain our remarkable growth in the country, where we have expanded from 300 to over 1,200 employees in just three years.

The workshop was held at the Quality Hotel in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Twenty-two Quant employees participated, including Maximiliano Aqueveque, VP Americas, Sebastián Díaz, Regional Business Controller, and Patricio Ibarra, Regional People & Safety Manager and Country Manager for Brazil. In addition, all managers and site managers in Brazil, as well as individuals playing a key role in our operations in Brazil, took part in the training. Anders Karlsson, Group General Counsel was also present and shared insights on corporate guidelines.

During three days, the program covered different activities, including theory sessions, practical exercises, dynamics, and interactive games. It also included skills to foster a deep understanding of the local culture from a leadership perspective.

A key part of the initiative involved a diagnostic phase, where the defined profile of a Quant leader was compared to the actual profiles through psychological assessments. Post-training, the journey continues with personalized coaching sessions.

In the spirit of continuous improvement, the Leadership Program in Brazil stands as a testament to Quant’s commitment to nurturing leadership excellence.
