Quant Finland signed maintenance agreement with Finnamyl Oy

Quant and Finnamyl have signed a maintenance agreement, under which the current maintenance team at Finnamyl’s Kokemäki, Finland production facility will transfer to Quant through a business transfer.

Finnamyl, part of the Chemigate Group, is a leading contract cultivator of potato starch and an active developer and manufacturer of starch-based products. At its production facility in Kokemäki, Finnamyl produces potato starch, potato protein, and products for toll manufacturing.

The Agreement covers both preventive and corrective maintenance of the production facility, the implementation of a maintenance management system, and the management of maintenance materials and subcontracting.

Finnamyl sees Quant as a strong partner to develop the maintenance operations with modern systems and expertise, and to support production with project and maintenance resource needs.
