Quant Figeholm reaches 7000 days without accidents

We are proud to announce that our team in Figeholm, Sweden, recently reached an extraordinary milestone when completing 7000 days without Lost Time Incidents (LTI).

This is a major and impressive milestone, which Site Manager Urban Lind means comes from teamwork and a strong safety culture.

– The fact that we have managed to reach 7000 days without LTI:s is a testament to the daily work that our employees do, always putting safety first. It is about being attentive, taking care of each other, and never compromising on routines, he says.

Urban also highlights how safety is an integral part of daily operations, as well as the importance of taking responsibility. He emphasizes that safety starts with everyone taking responsibility for contributing to a safe work environment.

– Safety is not a side project – it is a natural part of everything we do. Each individual has an important role in detecting potential risks and taking action. This is how we continue to develop and maintain a high standard over time, he says.
