Promoting gender equality on International Women’s Day

On the International Women’s Day, Quant Chile participated in an activity at the Swedish Embassy to share the practices adopted by all Swedish companies in Chile that have committed to gender equality.

Since the signing of the Gender Equality Agreement on this same date in 2023, efforts have been made towards inclusive recruitment, a program against workplace and sexual harassment, and measures to achieve greater work-life balance.

We are proud to recognize the International Women’s Day with concrete results to advance towards an increasingly inclusive and diverse work environment.
