Task-based maintenance activities

These are expert-led, workshop-driven services delivered on a per-job basis — fast, focused, and built around your operational needs. From electrical repairs to mechanical overhauls, we step in when you need specialized support without the overhead of full-time teams.
Our scope includes
•Electrical & Rotating Equipment Repairs: Motor rewinding, testing, and balancing (LV/HV motors up to defined capacity). Fan and blower repairs, including dynamic balancing. Pump dismantling, repair, seal replacement, and testing. Transformer oil testing and minor servicing. Cable termination, jointing, and insulation resistance testing
•Mechanical Workshop Services: Welding and fabrication (structural steel, sheet metal, pipe spooling, etc.). Machining jobs (lathe turning, milling, grinding, drilling, threading). Valve repair, lapping, and leak testing. Heat exchanger cleaning and minor tube bundle repairs. Gasket cutting, fitting, and replacement services. Cutting, shearing, bending, and rolling of metal sheets and plates. Bearing replacement, lubrication, and related services.
•HVAC & Utility Equipment Repairs: Fan coil unit and air handling unit overhauls (task-based, not system O&M). Chiller component repair (compressors, pumps) on a job basis. Ductwork repair, fabrication, and insulation works. Refrigeration unit repairs, recharging, and component replacement.
•General Maintenance Tasks: On-demand corrective repair jobs (electrical, mechanical, plumbing). Preventive replacement of consumables (belts, filters, seals, gaskets). Alignment and leveling of small rotating equipment. Calibration of basic instruments (pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters). Rigging, lifting, and handling support services (on-call basis)
