Continuous improvement as part of daily operations

Combining daily maintenance and project delivery enables long-term development

We complemented our customer’s total maintenance solution with development projects, taking full responsibility for their planning, management, and execution. The projects focused on replacing end-of-life equipment and increasing the level of automation across the entire production process.

A key strength of the collaboration model is that the project team already has a deep understanding of the production plant and its processes. This enables efficient planning and execution of development initiatives without disrupting daily operations.

Through this approach, we were able to deliver multiple development projects alongside daily maintenance. At the same time, we achieved significant improvements in efficiency, safety, and reliability, without impacting production continuity.

The results

The projects delivered benefits beyond their original scope, supporting both performance and sustainability targets.

What needs to be managed in continuous improvement projects

When executing development projects in an active production environment, several critical factors must be managed simultaneously:

Without the right expertise and coordination, projects can create disruption instead of delivering value.

The approach

Quant combined local presence with a broad expert network to ensure efficient and reliable delivery:

This approach enables fast response to customer needs while maintaining consistently high quality across all deliveries.
