Quant management team took part in a local clean-up event in Finland

At Quant, the management team does not just lead the business – they also lead by example. On May 14, during a management meeting in Finland, members of the management teams from Finland and Estonia, along with Quant Group’s interim CEO Madelene Kärvin and Group Legal Counsel Marie Skoglund, stepped out of our Vantaa office and into the local community for a clean-up event.

Equipped with good spirits, gloves, litter pickers, safety shoes, and high-visibility vests, the team got to work.

“We collected litter around our office area as a part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and supporting our local community. This is our way of giving back – showing that small actions can make a big impact. I hope to see similar initiatives being carried out by Quant teams in other locations as well. A big thank you to everyone who participated!” says Mika Puontila, Managing Director Quant Finland.

Clean environments, a sense of community, and leading by example all start with each of us. This initiative was also a great opportunity to do something good – together.
