Quant Finland Oy and Feelia Oy sign maintenance agreement

Quant Finland Oy and Feelia Oy have signed a maintenance agreement covering maintenance operations at Feelia’s production facility in Pyhäntä, Finland.

The agreement will take effect at the end of September 2026. As part of the agreement, Feelia’s current maintenance personnel will transfer to Quant Finland Oy through a business transfer. Preparations for the start of the collaboration are already underway.

The collaboration aims to further develop maintenance operations at the Pyhäntä facility through modern maintenance management systems and efficient processes. By combining digital solutions, structured processes, and strong maintenance expertise, the collaboration will support high production availability, operational reliability, and greater predictability in production.

The new agreement strengthens Quant’s presence in the Finnish food and beverage industry and supports our commitment to developing maintenance operations together with our customers.
